They processed only 35298 cases in June, whereas in May it was 40271.
Total I-485 pending grows to 1,182,467 in June from 1,158,830 in May.
And ofcourse NO EB related cases till Sep 30. Let's watch the game.

Guys, did you See Sheila Murhty's newsletter? There is no mention of the EB slowdown at NSC. I mean, yes there is a slowdown opbviously, but I am just hoping that maybe if it was not reported at Murthy, it could be only for a few weeks rather than till Sep end.

I always wonder, why Vermont is
not affected by this slowdown. They are running Feb/Mar 2002 now. Why worst things happen only at NSC, is it because Nebraska is a remote flatland!!!

Because only NSC process Refugee and Asylum cases
Only NSC process Refugee and Asylum cases which is prioritized recently. That is the reason NSC is at standstill regarding EB based cases from the beginning of this month which is expected to continue until end of Sep 2003.

that NSC is having around round of training. Not sure how true is that.

One more round of training!!!!. I am tired to listening this. One of my friend who got his approval in April'03 (after waiting for 4 months for his RFE reply ) told me that his case was delayed because of training at the NSC. Every time he used to call, IIO told him that the officer assigned to his case is undergoing some training.
I don't know when is this saga going to end!!!!
