Now it's August. Visas are U for all EB categories. But we know that in September numbers are going to be available for certain EB-categories and PDs.
So what's the reason for USCIS to wait until September and do nothing with pending 485s in August if they still have to use the same number of leftover visas by the end of current fiscal year?
