Slightly concerned in retrospect about shadow in image and face possibly appearing slightly squished. Will this be an issue?

As the title says, I submitted an application for DV-2026. However, I’m slightly concerned in retrospect about the quality of my image. It complied with the requirements of it being 600x600 and all the measurements and whatnot, but I’m a tad worried that the image is too shadowy. The background is white but I used Photoaid to do it. I didn’t pick up on this issue at the time of application but fear I may have shot myself in the foot. Will this be a potential issue and if so, when? Will my application be automatically rejected, would the Embassy reject me if I was selected for interview, or will everything be fine? Are they as strict on shadows as ICAO-compliant passports?

What’s more, my partner hasn’t yet filed her application. Does anyone have any tips as to how not to repeat the same mistake? Is there an iron-clad way I can check an image for viability which includes factoring in potential shadows and whatnot?

All your help is much appreciated.
