skin test RFE response

Hi All:

Today I went to the doctor for taking the skin test. He administered the test today and asked me to come back on Thursday. One question,

1- Do I have to ask the doctor to fill only the skin test section with today's date

2- or Do I have to ask him fill the entire 693 again with the old date and add the skin test result with the current date.

The doc/nurse is suggesting the second option. But I think the first one is good because it is providing what USCIS asking for ?

any advice. any success stories? anyone in similar boat?

Just by filling the TB section and getting sign by the doctor & you should be fine. For more information read this thread.
