Skilled Worker or Schedule A on NOR

Hi. To Nurses and Pts out there, just want to ask what is written on your notice of receipt if it is skilled worker or schedule A. Thanks.
 
hi. mine is skilled worker/professional. i am a RN and waiting for my I-140,I-485,I-765,I-131. i dont know whats the difference between schedule A and skilled worker.
