Ciba Please update my case Thank you.
I had my passport stamped today @ SJ INS. I was there at 4:10 AM. Got token #84. 7AM seemed to be the cutoff point. I think if you get there by 6AM you should be able to get stamping done at SJ INS. Actual process took about
