Six weeks after interview -- no approval yet

It's been six weeks since I had my intervew and was told that it will be approved because I was short two weeks of my five yrs. After the interview I received RFE and sent the info they requested.. it's been four weeks after that too...havent received anything. I called the USCIS number..but couldnt get to customer service because there was no option available to talk to someone live...How can I talk to Immigration officer? Someone told me to write to interview officer about status..is this going to help?

I am 150 miles from nearest USCIS office, so it is not easy to get to office, not sure if it is going to help to go USCIS Office...also, does this make a difference as it is a small place they dont have enough people for oath ceremony and delaying it so they can have enough people for oath ceremoney..but then they should approve it and send the oath letter later...just worried about what is going on and why is the delay...

Call 1-800-375-5283. Then press 1 - then press 2 - then press 3, then you can talk to a cusomer service representative
(CSR).But a CSR does not know more than you can check out online yoruself. So you need to persuade a CSR to transfer your call to the immigration officer (not to a supoervisor of CSR a supervisor of CSR is still a CSR so keep in mind of
this difference -- ask CSR for transfer to an immigration officer not to supervisor of CSR!!!!)
