It seems that VSC is still working on nd=later aug99 cases. It may take another month for them to finish aug99 cases which means they used about 3 month for aug99 case. there are a lot more cases in sept/99. Therefore it may take 4 to 6 month for them to touch oct/99 case. Is there anybody who can shortern this time to 2 month?
