Situation Prior to AC21

Hi Gurus,

I just wanted to know :

Can employer revoke your GC (after 140 is approved and 485 waiting for more than 180 days) while you are still in company and how it can impact on GC approval ? Also do we get e-mail notification from USCIS if any such worst thing happen.

This would help not only me but lot of other fellow in this forum.

*** I think you mean by revoking 140 ....if 485 is pending, where is the GC coming from ...?

(after 140 is approved and 485 waiting for more than 180 days) while you are still in company and how it can impact on GC approval ?

*** in that case, u better not stay in the same company as to invoke ac21m u will have to find similar job with different company..

Also do we get e-mail notification from USCIS if any such worst thing happen.

***even if u wish, uscis is not "kind" enough to let u know how "kind" is/was your sponsoring employer to u!!
if they don't deny 485 outright, they will be "kind" enough to send u the NOID and give 30 days to prove ur eligibility to ac21.

This would help not only me but lot of other fellow in this forum.

Why not? USCIS will have issue an NOID asking you to provide an offer letter.

Getting E-mail or notice really can't say.
