Sister sponsoring me

I came to USA in 2015 and applied asylum 2016.
My final hearing at asylum court is on November 2023.
My blood -related sister would become citizen on Feb,2021.
Is it possible that sister could sponsor me?

She can sponsor you, but it would take at least 14 years for you to get a visa/green card. You would need another legal status to be on in the US in the meanwhile if you wanted to stay, or else you will have to wait outside the US until a visa is available. Current processing for sibling visas is for cases filed in 2006, for most countries (other than India, Mexico and Philippines).

Stopped means I want to close asylum before individual hearing and want to stay for waiting sponsorship gc to get completed

I can’t comment on the asylum issues. If you are looking for an avenue that will forgive overstay etc then yes a spouse visa is the only way. There may be other inadmissibilities that you would still need a waiver for even with a spouse visa, I can’t comment on whether any of those would apply to your case. Of course, getting married just to get a green card is immigration fraud and itself can lead to a permanent ban.

What would be in that case if parents are immigrants and his sons are here in US, who already applied asylum. How long will take to get GC base on parents immigration

Depends how old sons are. Assuming parents are green card holders, around 2 years for under 21, 5-7 years for over 21, sons must stay single.
