Sister of US citizen in the US, Please advice

My sister is here on a tourist visa, i'm a us citizen, and i would like her to become US resident, how do i do it and how long is the process.

I don't have very much good news for you. You can file I130 for her but it won't give her any status here. She has to maintain her status by herself. It takes 12-13 years for siblings of USC to get a GC. There is nothing much you can do about it.
