Sister is a doctor!!Need help.

Hello,
i just became a US citizen not too long ago and now have a question about my sister. My ssiter got her M.D from Lithuania (an english school) and now is a practicing Physician in a reputed hospital in pakistan. I would like for her to come to the States, but me sponsoring her would take a life time. Is there anything she can do to apply for herself. Is there a waiver program for a physician and not a student as she is a full fledge doctor.Any one with any info on the process or steps she can take to migrate would be appreciated.
What can she do???

she will have to take USMLE 9(united states medical lecensing exams>)then get into a residency training program in US. The fact that she is a MD in pakitan doesnt matter, she will still have to do residency training in US.Then she can find an employer here to sponsor her gressn card. Whole process will take 5+ years, if every thing goes well.
