my sister is on condition green card . she married a US citizen in dec 2002 .
she is getting divorced in August 2005. her date for removing conditions is 2006 April.
her husband called INS and told them that he entered marriage in good faith , but not his wife ,
but my sister and he bought a house , which they are planning to sell ,she is much more educated and a Project Manager
and never even thought , he would do something like that. they had joint bank accounts all the while.
she has all the account history of the bank accounts and house documents.
i donot know what form he sent to INS ,to withdraw his responsibility from the conditional GC she has.
Can any one throw some light ,wether she would get to keep her GC and remove conditions later on , or would his
statement and form he sent would take priority and she be denied GC.
