Here is my situation.
I'm a U.S. citizen in Active duty Military and I would like to bring the rest of my family to the States.
I petitioned my dad only. He received his IR-5 Visa in April and should be here early September 2011. My only issue right now is my sister. She will turn 21 years old by March 2012. I have few questions regarding her situation.
Who should petition her for an immigrant visa? Me or my dad?
Is it too late to petition her?
My ultimate goal is to bring the whole family to the States. So what are my options?
