As our ( self and daughter ) I-131 case was transferred to our local USCIS office for processing, I tried to get my Parole visa with multiple entry thro INFOPASS appointment, and I got two copies Parole Visa from them one with picture and the other without picture, and it is very clearly stated that the Parole Visa can use used for multiple entry within the specified date. Immediately I approached the immigration officer at the counter to verify why the other copy ( same as the first one is without the picture ) doesn’t have picture. She also verified with her supervisor, and replied me that actually only one copy with picture is enough to enter multiple time within the specified time. I am not happy with her answer as I am going to travel to Canada via Buffalo and back to USA , and then very next day I am going to India via SFO and back to USA after two months. Neither my daughter not I have valid visa stamping on our passport. My questions are.
1. Can we use one copy of Parole Visa document for multiple times to enter into USA.
2. Will the officer at the POE return the original copy of I-131 document to me with enter date on I-131 every time and I-94.
