I am Swedish citizen and my farher (US citizen) did apply for my green card for a year ago. My question is if i can enter to us without any problems or?
As a swedish citizen you do not need a visa if yoy stay at most 3 months in USA and that is my plan to stay maximum 30 days.
If i enter to us could that damage my green card pending time or not?
