SIN-Change in address, how to intimate?

A friend of mine has applied for a SIN -Social Insurance Number, and has given the address of an acquaintance in Canada. The person who's address has been given, has since moved.
Does anyone know how to intimate the Social Insurance office of the change in the address. Websites, mail forms to them etc.
