simultaneous NIW and LC

hi everyone,
i want your opinions as to whether one can simultaneuosly file for NIW and LC both when start a J1 waiver job for green card processing-- any pros and cons of the move
can one file LC in EB2 as soon as one starts the job(is there a specific requirement for experience that could act as a deterent)

Yes, you can file both simultaneously. Pro: you improve your chances of getting GC. Con: cost and extra effort..

Yes, you can (and should) file LC upon starting a job.

In fact, one of my friends filed three paths simultaneously: EB-1, EB-2 (NIW), and EB-2 (LC). He got approval for all three I-140's, and got his GC through EB-1.
