I am on an L1B visa and my wife is on H1B visa.
Is it possible for her to have L2 dependant visa without leaving her H1B visa.
She needs to do this as she wishes to apply for the L2 EAD. L2 EAD requires that the applicant be on L2 Visa. However she doesn't want to leave her present job till the EAD comes (3-4 months).
So if she can be on H1B while L2 EAD is in process then that will avoid lot of hassel for her.
Is there any other way in which she can continue working (without getting paid) without being on the wrong side of law.
