Simultaneous L1 and F1 Visa

Hi

I am a citizen of India. I have a valid L1 visa and am currently working in Chicago. I would be starting grad school in May for which I need a F1 visa.

The company I work with wants me to explore the following possibility:
1) Travel to India to apply for a student visa around the end of March.
2) I return back to the US within 2 weeks with a valid F1 and L1 visa (Is this possible)?
3) I work here on L1 till the begining of May after which I switch to the student visa.

Is this a feasible option?
This is urgent. Awaiting a prompt response.

check with your attorney or school you can study with your L visa but carefull abt time dedicated to work and studies
