Simultaneous GC Processing

Hello Guys

Me and my wife have applied for green cards through our respective companies. My wife's LC is approved and is waiting for an EAD, which should arrive shortly. My LC is long way from beging approved and I am on H-1 extention (which has not yet arrived). I need to travel outside US and thinking of getting an EAD and AP though my wife's process.

In this scenario, can I still continue the GC process though my company or will it automatically get void as I will be on my wife's EAD?

Yes you can have simultaneous GC process.
