Simultaneous filing of labor certification

Hi ya'll,

I filed my labor from Philadelphia center in EB-2 CATEGORY RIR on 12/03/2001 . Till date I haven't heard anythg from that center.
My company recently suggested that I can start my labor certification from Harrisburg center where the processing is much swift. And which ever labor clears first pursue that application.

Is this legal ? Can I have 2 simultaneous labor certification applications active ?

Anybody from the Philadelphia center filed in December 2001 ?

You can file more then one LC from different location......Harrisburg is much better then Philly.

But isn't the local labor filing related to the place of work? If you have a office in Harrisburg, then it shouldn't be a problem...

Our company has offices in harrisburg and philadelphia.

anybdy's heard anythg from philadelphia center...
