Simultaneous filing for NIW and RIR LC

Can I apply for a NIW and RIR LC simultaneously? Is this legally possible ?If yes, then do I have to pay separate fees for both the filings?

Yes it is possible.

Yes, you need to pay separate filing fees. Attorney fees are between you and the attorney involved.
