some people tells it is RD and some people tells it is ND. Personally I think it is RD b\'cos most of the guys are getting EAD within 10 days of ND. But as per VSC they are taking about 60-90 days for EAD, which is matching from RD but not ND so I believe it is from RD but might be wrong also.
