On the form i-130 petition for alien relative, there is a simple questtion i have a problem with.
Q 13. part of it says, give certifcate # Is that the number the starts with letter A? or is it the document # above the word naturalization. It may be a stupid question but im confused and dont want to make any mistakes.

Check the first box if you you are USC by birth. If you gained your citizenship through Natualralization (assume a foregner) then you need to check the second Box "Naturalization". The number required here is the number of the Natuiralization Certificate.
