Simple question on AC21

Simple question to United Nations and other GURU:

Person working with Employer A
Person has concurrent filling I 140/I 485
I 140 is approved
I 485 is pending for more than 180 days

Now person want to change job using AC21 to Employer B with same job
Assume AC21 application reached to USCIS

Can employer A revoke the I140? (it is more likely that Employer A may not like person is changing a job and try to revoke I 140)

Or Employer A cann't revoke I140 once Ac21 was filled and person would have successful approval of I 485
