Would like to know if anyone has answer to this rather simple question

My GC is pending under EB3 since 2003. My labor was for position of
Programmer/Analyst with typical software development duties.
I would like to know if the following are considered same or similar occupation
as Programmer/Analyst for purspose of 485 portability -
Systems Analyst
Business Analyst
Development Manager
Technical Development Lead
Technical/Solutions Architect
Project Lead/Manager.
Job duties under Lead/Manager roles will be different than what the labor states. Is that still considered equivalent as long as it is in the same industry (I mean software development/engineering)?
