Please correct me and help me filling the document.

11. Have you ever before applied for employment authorization from INS.

Now I am using EAD changed employer what status I am in ??

below, place the letter and number of the category you selected from
the instructions (For Example, (a)(8), (c)(17)(iii), etc.)

Eligibility under 8 CFR 274a.12

No body knows , where is FAQ or nobody want to search or they don't know if such FAQ is there on this board.

Here is what I'll do, I'll find that faq and email it to PCee, so he can put it on his site, so we have a one place tracking for it.
