N N400Atl Registered Users (C) Mar 4, 2008 #4 Photo and Nat cert both will have full name "John Bob Smith" in cursive. Signature (in my opinion) means what you do on check or when you sign any form. It usually does not have full name. You do not do that on Nat cert. Hope that helps !!
