when did you go for stamping ?

Looks like VSC is sending Plastic cards very fast. People who filed in NSC are waiting since one year for their cards !
 
taurus02 ...I went for Stamping on 06/07/02

But Hartford office did not stamp my passport as they were not doing that at that time
