Signing Affadavit of Support before a Notary Public

The information for the I-864 Affadavit of Support says that the form has to be signed before a Notary Public or INS officer?
Any suggestions on what Notary Public is accepted, where we wouldn't have to stand in line all day?

I am not sure what is considered a Notary Public...

Most of the banks has notary and do it for free, if you have an account with Bank. Or may charge you couple of bucks.

Search online for a list of notary officers around your area. Most of them would be willing to come to your house and notarize your forms for a small fee.
