Significance of LUD on approved I-140 (2004)

I got LUD on 11/25/2007 on already approved (2004) I-140.
Anybody in similar situation…
My case was sent for extended review in April 2007, since then still under review..

I got LUD on 11/25/2007 on already approved (2004) I-140.

I noticed most of the cases getting LUD (11/25/2007) are on the documents for the year 2004. Do you see so?

I had an LUD on my approved I-140 (AD 05/2005) on 11/25/07. Don't know what is going on.. My PD is not current.

I-140 - 11/17/2007 - Approved on April 28, 2004
I-131 - 11/25/2007 - Approved on September 28, 2004 - Myself and spouse
