Which form/letter needs signature from Beneficiary(Father) ? I just called NVC about Signature from Beneficiary(Father) where he cannot sign in english. NVC mention that I should get thump impression.

Choice of agent form, and DS 230 for sure. Why don't you get a lawyer to do this process for you as you seem pretty clueless about a lot of things. Also,please read the instructions on the websites uscis.gov and immigrantvisas.state.gov. They are very specific and explanatory but you need to first spend time reading before asking questions here.
