To All gurus

I am applying for EAD and AP by myself. I downloaded the forms but there are some questions. I need the folks help on this.

1) I have form I-765, but there is no signature card. Where do I find it.

2) I am H4 and under part 16 for Eligibility catgeories, Do i put C-9 category.

Can you guys please help me with this.

Thank you both for your answers. How long does it take for one to get it. Because I plan on applying for AP also and I may as well wait or apply for each seperately. Any final suggestions.

If you want to get the signature card rightaway, ask your attorney to send it to you. That is what I did.

My lawyer said that one does not need an signiture card. Can you send me the EAD signature again, I can not see it Thanks.

Even I did not send in a signature card. I am waiting to see what happens. EAD notice date 6/6/01.

You don\'t need a signature card. Myself and my wife applied without the signature cards and got approval last March. I went to the local INS office to get the signature card. After waiting in the queue for four hours they told me that you don\'t need signature cards and they don\'t have the cards in stock. So go ahead and apply for the EAD. Best of luck.
