Sign on approved LC for I 140 filing

Hi,

I got approved PERM LC on 8/15/05 and concurrently filed I 140/ 485/ EAD/AP for EB2 category at VSC on 8/25/05 by FADEX (Hope it was reached at VSC on 8/26/05
My concern is; only my attorny has signed my approved PERM LC.
I believe, signature of employer and my is also needed on approved LC attached to I 140. I argued with attorney and he was firm that his signature on approved LC is enough.
Is she right?

Please any one can help on this issue?
 
If I am correct Your signature is not required on 140 but employer signature is a must. You will know this if you can look at the 140 form (You can download from any website.) On 140 form there will be a designated place for employer signature..

I know, my signature is not needed on I 140. I am refering signature on Approved PERM labor certificate, which is supposed to attached with I 140.
