I am a US citizen. I want to start GC process for my sister and brother who are above 21 yrs age .

Can someone plz outline the process, and how long does it take to get the GC processed thorugh this?

Also, are the forms same inorder to file for my parents as weel, or there are different forms.

For India for siblings the PD is April 1998. So... I'd say 10+ years of wait.
