I got my DL prior 911 and they didnt ask me whether I was a citizen or PR ( I was neither at the time but I was not ilegal either I had a case pending) now 5 years later finally I got my PR card yesterday as a matter of fact , and my DL will expire soon, on the PR card it says resident since (date) will the people from DVM give me hard time because I had a dl before?
