Shusterman posts new processing times for VSC - Remains Unchanged

According to Shusterman new processing times have been announced for VSC and NSC, ofcourse the dates remain unchanged (12/03/03), does this mean VSC is switching back to providing dates after 15th of every month as they used to or they are providing updates two times in a month. If they are switching to provide updates after 15th then we would be stuck with 12/3 till 15th of June (officially atleast). What do you say...

check out "New processing dates released - No change for Vermont" thread posted by bbbiship. Same contents.
 
That doesn't make sense. Even before their next update, they might start working on cases with RD later thanb 12/03/01 and give the update later.
