should i inform BCIS of employer change ??

hi All,

I had to change job 4 months after my old employer filed my I-485 because they shut down. Luckily they did not revoke my application. I had EAD and AP when they shut down. So I started working for a new employer (same field, same title, better salary) on the EAD. Now 180 days have crossed. Should I inform BCIS through a letter that i have changed job and i want to use AC21 or should i wait for RFE (in case there is any).

basically my question is that - should i inform INS using form AC21 right now or wait till an RFE comes which may be after one year or so (given current processing times) ???? Please advice !!!!!!
