I am ready to file 140, In form 140 there are some information about the position. one of them is the wage. Must the wage be equal to the wage in LCA? I confused. it is the furture wage for this position or my current wage? ( more than 15% lower than LCA ). Thank you guys in advance.

My advise would be to take the help of an attorney if possible.
There seems to be some confusion about the LCA and the LC.
LCA is Labor Clearance Approval or application which is the basis for your H1B visa and the labor department stipulates that the
salary paid should not be less than the salary declared in the LCA.
LCA is not connected to the GC process.
On the other hand LC ( Labor Certification ) is the basis for the
Green Card process and is the first step in the 3 step process.
LC also contains a salary figure and this is the salary payable to you AFTER you get your Immigrant status.
The salary figure you enter in the I-140 petition would be the
salary mentioned in the LC.
