Should see flood of approvals in the coming weeks

I am guessing that we should see a flood of approvals in the coming weeks. So long USCIS is holding on approvals to get the dates to current. Now that they made it current with JULY bulletin, they should start approving cases.
Had they approved all the pre adjuducated cases from the first week of June, they wouldn't be able to make the dates current for July. This way more revenue by pulling all the people who are waiting, into the system and they can use all the visas that are going to be unused.

now it makes complete sense why they were holding on approvals... all the best to everyone who are waiting for the approvals and whose cases have been adjudicated.

My wishful thinking had some teeth to it. However, the catch now is they have until July 10 to approve cases without affecting Aug bulletin. So if they really need the funds they would hold on to sending approvals until they get enough funds from alll the new (possibly thousands of them) I485 filers. So they can wait until the last day of the month before they retrogress again.
My guess is we will not see a flood of approvals until they get the post July 30 new I485 filers who would be paying a fortune for all the forms.

I think you are partially correct. They might wait till next bulletin to pull max number of people into the system but they would make more money on the people who file now than people who file after July31st. People who file with the new fee need not pay for EAD or AP extensions. They can suck more money from the extensions. I might be wrong.

So far it looks like a drought , looks like the farmers are unaware of the pd dates or visa availibility.

or its possible this pd dates advancement is mainly to lock in the new entrants at higher rates and then suck their blood for 10 years.

make hay while the immigrant suffers endlessly.

Guys

Please be patient. Its been a while the farmers saw the I-485 screen. Mostly they would have forgot on how to navigate the system.

My guess is that there should be multiple screen for I-485 and the system would have prompted to "press <any key> to continue..." to the next screen and our dear guys would be searching for the <any key>;) in the keyboard

Lets give them some time (What else the choice for us :mad: )

Hope they recall before PDs become unavailable in september (hey! its harvest time for them).

I wish the same. I dont want to see just floods of approval but see Tsunami of approvals. Let all patient waiters get the freedom before this July-4th.
 
Its good to see lot of approval :) and scary not to see mine approved....
Are they treating Xferred cases from CSC the same way filed originally
at NSC?

Hope and pray that those who are waiting will not be disappointed...
