Should one submit landing fees along with the application?

Hi,

There are 2 kinds of fees when submitting an application in skilled category

application fee, non-refundable
right of landing fee, refundable

should one submit both the fees when sending his application or should he submit only the application fees? does it help if one encloses both the fees? does it save any processing time? if so, how does it make any faster?

Hi,
There is no change in processing. Just send only appl. fee. I have sent both the fees but there was no use.
