Should one do Medicals again if I-485 takes more than 1 Year

My RD is 09/20/2001. My medicals were done some time in July 2001. I am still waiting for approval. Since it is already more than an year since my medicals were done, would INS give an RFE for medicals ??

I don't think so. I have seen several cases taking more than a year that have been approved without a medical RFE. Finger prints expire after 15 months on the FP date, but I haven't come accross anyone specifying that about medicals. I would simply wait for an RFE if any.

Before Submission of I 485 Medicals are valid for a year.

After Submission of I 485 Medicals are valid till Eternity.
