should my wife come to USA on visitors visa

Hello eveyrone
I am a us resident and should be a citizen within next few months, I am getting married in april 03, My fiance has a visitors visa, My question is should i bring her with me after my wedding and apply for change of status once she is here while waiting for my citizenship or should i wait till i get my citizenship?
and what kind of question do they ask on I-94
Please help

Bringing your spouse on a vistors visa after you get married is not an option. She has to go thru the consular immigrant visa processing.

And it would be easier for you to get your citizenship and then file for her permanent residence (which would give your wife a visa in the immediate category) I think thats the K-3 visa not really sure.
