Should Job Title mentioned in H1 must be Equal to Experiance LETTER for 485

Hi, Could you please help getting this clarified. I recently joined a company which sponsered my H1.The Job description and designation mentioned in H1 at my previous company is different from the experiance certificate issued by my previous employer.Will this be an issue when I file 485. Do DOL check my my profile mentioned in H1 and the experiance certificate of my Previous employer that I produce while applying 485.
