Should I worry?

hi,

My I40 was approved in July 2005. I have a copy which my employer gave me wherein it states that the petition is approved. But the online status shows it is pending.
Called the 1-800 number and same thing?
Should I just ignore it?
Any adivse will be really appreciated.

I'm also having the same. I spoke with my lawyer she told me that as long as if we have the Approval Notice nothing to worry.

797 Notice on i-140 Approval.

On Approval of I-140, Your attorney should get a Approval Notice from USCIS. That specifically says about the 140 Approval. If you have the same notice, then dont have to worry.
