Guys please suggest
I have 3 question regarding AC21. My details
I-485 ND is 13 Jan 2003
2nd FP was done on Aug 5 2004
Switched Job on Aug 6 2004
Employer has agreed to give me EVL. My job title is diffirent then Labour
Now Question
A) Is it a good idea to include Employment Letter which has diffirent Job Title Or just include EVL with same Job Title and Job Description?
B) I have only one paystub from New Employer should i wait for 2nd paystub due on 7th Sept.
C) Also I don't have copy of I-140 and Labour at this time. I have requested all doc from service center(VSS) they recieved my request on Aug 2. Should I wait to get these docs .
I am concerned that my GC will be approved before I file AC21
