Should I use my EAD?

Ok, guys. Here is my situation and I need your advices:

I was laid off by Company A in April, 2001, but they continued to sponsor my GC application. I filed I-485 in December 2001.

I am now working for company B as H1B. The company could be out of business anytime.

I just got an offer from company C. I like the job but they don\'t sponsor H1B. That means I have to use my EAD if I take it. I know I\'ll lose my h1B status and if my i-485 is denied I am in a big trouble.

What should I do? Thank you guys very much in advance.
 
Use your EAD

My advice Join company C on EAD. Chances of i-485 getting denied is less than 5%. Many of us (including me) are working on EAD and our H1s are expired. They cannot straight away reject your 485 and send deportaion notice. You can always prolong by appealing against denial etc.

Even if you loose H1 status the advantage is you can use those remaining months on your H1 if your 485 is rejected . Moreover 180 days have passed since you applied i-485 now nobody can touch you.
