I have a question regarding my situation:
i have filed my GC through Company A and my details are :
Labour - Approved ( Nov 09 2006 ) ( I had to leave Company A after my labour approval , after Nov end )
I140 - Approved ( Dec 10 2007)
AP - Approved ( Nov 05 2007 )
EAD -Approved ( jan 25 2008 )
I485 - Applied on July 25 2007 ( recipient notice on Sept 17 2007)
Biometric ( fingerPrinting ) - done on Oct 24 2007
Now i have couple of questions:
1) befor i get my GC can i use my EAD and work for some other company. ( i know that once i use my EAD my H1 is no longer valid )
2) Once i get my GC will i have to go back and join Company A for some months ?
3) what are the possible reasons for I-485 to be rejected other than incorrect fee.
4) befor i get my GC if i want to start my own LLC company, can that be done using a EAD ?
