SHould I use AC21?

Hi,
I applied for 140/485 concurrently in Aug'03. I got layed off after 2 months of applying. (Oct'03) Now my 140 is approved. Since I got layed off I'm in a similar job with a different employer, full time job. SHould I apply explicitly for AC21? or should I just wait if there is an RFE and respond to it?

Your lawyer should advise you depending on your case details but if you want my advise, then just sit tight and wait.
